Infused Mushroom Meatloaf
If you spend much time in the magical floating city of Dalaran, you might be given a quest by Orson Bennet in Curiosities & Moore to collect infused mushrooms and bake a meatloaf. Finally, you can bring this Infused Mushroom Meatloaf home with you instead of turning it in to the quest-giver.
It is a challenge to get to the Dalaran Sewers to gather the magic-infused mushrooms. If you make it down there, remember to bring your fishing pole, avoid the warlocks, and watch out for the giant rats. It is best to go while the guards are on-duty. Bring some spare gold too, if you want to place bets on the sparring matches that often take place in the central hub. This recipe for Underdark Marinated Mushrooms tastes just the same. Although they are from a different world, the magic portals in these sewers are mysterious and who knows where they all lead to? Make sure to marinate the mushrooms at least a day in advance so they have plenty of time to soak up all the good flavors.
While you are in Dalaran, be sure to visit Aimee for some carrot cupcakes!
