Greetings food adventurers! Today we visit a club / bar in Dungeon Crawler World: Earth called The Desperado Club. I am told they have the best Dirty Shirley cocktails. Making them into a mocktail is easy – a Dirty Shirley is just a Shirley Temple with vodka added. Princess Donut The Queen Anne Chonk insists on extra cherries and asks for it to be served in a bowl. (note: do not actually give this to cats; Princess Donut has special poison resistances because of her crawler status).

The original recipe uses lemon-lime soda but I can’t have that so I use ginger ale in its place and I love the flavor combination. A Shirley Temple is a very simple and classic drink, just the soda with a bit of grenadine, ice, and a maraschino cherry. Grenadine is the same color as the cherries but it is not cherry-flavored – it’s actually pomegranate!

Makes 1 glass

Ingredients

  

1x2x3x

• Ice
• 2 ounces vodka (1/4 cup, or to taste – omit for a mocktail)
• 1 ounce grenadine (2 Tbsp)
• Ginger ale (or lemon-lime soda)
• Several maraschino cherries

Instructions

 

• Fill a glass with ice.
• Add vodka and grenadine.
• Top with soda.
• Garnish with cherries.
